This cute arrow top from Pink Blush actually gave me inspiration for this post (don’t forget to enter my Shop Pink Blush giveaway here). I figured it was time I gave a little shout out to my hubby. I’ve talked to a few friends recently about my relationship with Jordan and how since being married I have grown to love him more (continued below…)

We were talking about the difference between being in love before you are married and the love you have after. Before marriage each person often is on their best (or at least better) behavior, from manners to tempers, it’s rare that you see all sides of a person. However, once you’re married and living with someone, you can’t continuously camouflage your flaws. We have definitely had our ups and downs over the past (almost) three years, however all of our downs have made us stronger and the good times sweeter. I have grown to appreciate the good in him, and am amazed that he can look past the bad in me. I have started to learn that love is seeing someone at their worst and yet still viewing them overall as their best. It’s loving in spite of and for their flaws as well as inspiring them to be better. Jordan has done this for me. Even when my temper flairs, or depression strikes he knows what to say to help make me a better person and continuously assures me that he will always be my support. He is one of the few in my life who has been able to truly have this affect on me. So thank you to him, and to all the husbands out there who make their wives feel secure and loved. Have a happy Tuesday!
