June 18, 2013: I’m in a New Reality T.V. Webseries!
Hey everyone, so I have an exciting announcement! I am on a new reality t.v. webseries that is premiering on June 22. Check out the TRAILER that just went up on YouTube.
Also, here’s my final photo (inside peak for my blog followers) 🙂
Hey all you Photoshoppers out there. I started having fun with
rainbow filters about a year ago. I love using the effect on my photos
sometimes. You can change the way you blend it across your photo so it
can have a more natural appearance, or really emphasize it for an artsy
effect. Here are some photos I’ve used the effect on.
*My photography company:
pick a photo and do all of the skin retouching/basic editing first.
Then duplicate your first layer (just so you have the original layer).
a transparent layer, then pick your gradient tool and make a rainbow
gradient with any colors you like. I play around with different colors
depending on the model’s hair, skin tone, what the picture is for, etc.
pretty much the gist of it! I also experiment with curves, levels,
brightness, etc. after doing the blend to see if I like more/less
contrast. I hope you liked this tutorial.
sure many other photographers have used this method, but I’m not sure
who was the original person was because I actually just picked it up one
day when I was playing around with one of my photos.
